This year’s Salsa congress was very entertaining indeed. The main theme running through this year’s jack and Jill contest, was taking off shirts! Last year it was talking on cell phones while dancing. In the Jack and Jill contest, where the couples are matched up randomly, there were a few couples that stood out the most.
