There is no phone app, but you can login on your phone and the videos work there perfectly. Also, you can slow down the video in the setting icon of every video.
I particularly appreciated the fine tuning in the last part of the video showing how to make the move look attractive by brushing the legs against each other while stepping out. Thanks
I agree with Dorothy. The count is much more meaningful to me than the professional dancer lingo. Specifically, the individual segments (men alone and women alone) did not relate it to the count. Fortunately some of the other segments related it to the count and I was able to use those segments. However it was more difficult.

How do the 3 running steps forward and 3 running steps back relate to the 1, 2, 3 cha cha count? I have a hard time understanding the count.
