Many people have asked me to explain “Cuban motion“. So here it is! Very simply stated Cuban motion is the technique of straightening and bending the knees in order to create a hip action.
In the video I show many examples to really bring it home to you. I will be doing more dance technique videos to explain Cuban motion in greater detail. Enjoy!
